Customers Portfolio | I want to know how worthy are my customers and the value I already capture from it.#32

As entrepreneur, I want to know the shape and the worth of my current customer portfolio to maximize it and better plan our growth.

I would like to make distinction between accounts based on their activity level:

  • very active
  • active
  • slipping away
  • sleepy.

I also would like to have a focus on the new accounts, and those having exited my portfolio or about to exiting.

I want to know the accounts that contributes the most to our sales, and those contributing the less in order to optimize my average client revenue by rewarding the best, and having facts and figures to drop the worst.
